Message	this, I mean until about ten minutes ago. But I'll risk embarrassment and put it out here anyway. I discovered on nismoparts.com that the 99 Jspec front fascia is available w/o that flat portion for license plate mounting. So anyone considering shaving theirs, or wanting to switchout to that fascia w/o the flat, can just buy one that way. What a concept!
